Damon and Kara strive to provide the absolute best customer service, and make friends along the way. They are a husband and wife team, with backgrounds that cover a lot of bases one might be fortunate to have when selling and buying a home.
Kara, the prettier one, came from a career in property management, where she started as a leasing agent at a small apartment complex, to
managing luxury, center city apartment towers.Her favorite part of that career was seeing the smiles on families faces when she helped them
find an apartment. She has taken this love for gaining people's trust and making friends into Real Estate sales, where she's able to apply her passionto her own community where her family has been for generations. In fact, you probably know someone in common! Ask her.
Damon comes from a military and construction background. He was a renovations carpenter for twenty years before deciding to join Kara and make a power team in Real Estate. His experience in the Army National Guard gives him a no nonsense approach to home buying and selling. Preferring a casual relationship and professional service over blazers and hair gel (obviously), Damon applies his construction knowledge to a client's benefit, and thinks creatively to win, whether selling or buying.
You may have seen their picture around town, but it's more likely that you heard about them through a friend or family, as more than half of their business come from referrals, which is the best testament to their service. Their goal is to be the best and most well-known Realtors in Springfield Township and beyond. And they're well on their way!
