The number one question most potential home sellers want to know is "how much will my house sell for?"  It’s an important question, but there are other factors sellers need to consider!      Ultimately, the market (the buyers) determines the price of your home.  We can help you get in the ballpark by doing a market analysis. This is a fancy way of saying "we'll give you our professional opinion."     We base our opinion off of your home's features and condition, which we compare to other similar homes that have recently sold in your area. It's not a science; it takes experience, but more importantly, it takes an honest agent.     Some may tell you it will sell for much more than it will, just to get your business. We don't do that. We offer our professional opinion, show you how we got to that value, and we will never try to wow you with unrealistic expectations. ​     If you’re considering selling, please reach out for a free, no pressure market analysis.  Most of our business comes from referrals.  Referrals come from happy clients. Buy a home

Competition is very high in the market today, so buying a home can be stressful. Our aim is to help you navigate through the process as smoothly as possible. This starts with creating realistic expectations. It’s tough out there- don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!     Your job is to get yourself pre-approved with the right lender.  A reliable lender is a HUGE part of this process, and we have some amazing ones that we recommend to get the job done! Your next job is to let us know as much as you can about what it is you’re looking for.  This will allow us to create a customized MLS search that finds matches based on your preferences, and emails them directly to you.  These emails can be immediate, or once a week, depending on where you are in your search.  We go at your pace!      Our job is to do what it takes to get you the right house.  This starts with always being available.  Houses go quickly, and we never want our clients to miss an opportunity to see one. Next is coming up with creative offers and negotiation strategies to get you that home. Anyone can write an offer- few can get it accepted! Buy and Sell

In Real Estate, trying to buy AND sell is where it can get tricky.  This is probably one of the hardest parts of our current market.  It’s also contributing to the lack of inventory because nobody wants to put their house up for sale unless they know where they’re going!  Luckily, there are some strategies to help with this.  Rentbacks, terms of acceptance and temporary housing are some examples.  We analyze each client’s situation to determine the best strategy for them.
